– Single mother with 3 children. SVP provided food and money for presents, so she can give the children a happy Christmas. She would like household cleaning jobs in Ely. Long term she would like to train as a teacher.
– Single lady lost job following leg injury. Moved into council flat where all floor covering had been removed. Has been without carpet for 4 years. Received a grant to buy carpet offcut for bedroom and living room. Needs about £200 for carpet delivery and fitting by Carpet Right. COMPLETED
– Wanted – Help to assemble a disability scooter shed
– Wanted – visitors and befrienders in residential homes and in the villages. (Would need Full SVP membership and DBS check)
