Our Holy Week culminated in the celebration of the Easter Vigil. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to have the Easter Fire and the Paschal Candle lit pretty much first time!
A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this year’s Holy Week and Easter so memorable.
Work has started we paid for on the house in Prek Toal has started.
While Ely Cathedral is closed for essential work on Tuesday 13th January, the clergy and boy choristers will sing Evensong at St Etheldreda’s at 5.30 pm.
All are welcome.
NO PARKING AT THE SCHOOL OVER CHRISTMAS
Acremont car park has been resurfaced but King’s Ely tells us that due to the heavy rain the contractor has
told them that no one should drive on the car park till after Christmas. The School authorities very much regret the disruption this will cause us but it is out of their
hands and they must adhere to the contractor’s advice. If you can park elsewhere and walk, please leave our church car park for those who cannot walk far.
